President

Chelly Joseph, President of Pace Wealth Management is an Investment Advisor Representative, Registered Representative and Charted Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®).  She began her career in the banking and accounting industries in early 2002 while attending college at Florida Atlantic University.  In 2006, Chelly joined the financial services industry at Merrill Lynch, where she received extensive training and mentorship.  Chelly's vision has always been: "Focus on helping those who are committed to helping others" in a non-captive wealth management environment. 

Chelly gained knowledge and experience in several firms in areas of wealth management and financial planning. In 2017, Chelly decided to become an independent Financial Advisor.  Chelly believes her success is due to hard work, persistance, willingness to follow God's calling, and the integrity she conveys. 

Chelly has worked with Healthcare, Federal, State, and City employees.  She spent several years at AIG / VALIC Financial Advisor working alongside with TSA Consulting Group, Human Resource benefits manager, and other partners such as AXA equitable, VOYA, TIAA, Nationwide.  Her team works to help client transition from work life to living their best retirement life. Most of Pace Wealth Management programs allow former employees to rollover, transfer and exchange their retirement assets from employer sponsored plans into their own controlled Individual Retirement Account (IRA). 

As an active contributor to various local charities and social organizations, along with her passion to help others, Chelly has become a reliable asset to the Southwest Florida community. Chelly's has volunteered her time with several non-profit organizations including: Rotary South Fort Myers, American Association of University Women, Susan G Komen for the Cure of SWFL.  Chelly is originally from Freeport, Bahamas and currently lives in Bonita Springs. She enjoys playing golf and tennis on her free time.
